Terms of Service

IPULS provides connected skill validation workflows for company teams and learner-side users. Company workflows may include creating assessments, conducting attempts, monitoring integrity, running AI interviews, analyzing reports, ranking candidates, and shortlisting talent.

Developer and learner workflows may include practice quizzes, coding practice, hands-on labs, AI mock interviews, AI mentor feedback, skill graph progress, certification readiness, and hiring readiness journeys.

• Assessment Engine, Question Bank, Quiz Builder, Secure Browser, Coding Arena, AI Labs, Cyber Range, Real-World Missions, AI Interviews, Proctoring 3.0, Reports, Talent Intelligence, Hiring Dashboard, Enterprise Academy, and Marketplace features may be offered as part of the platform.
• Features may vary by account, tenant, institution, subscription, pilot program, or implementation phase.

Users are responsible for providing accurate account, profile, organization, and contact information. If you access IPULS on behalf of a company, college, institution, recruiter, training team, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. IPULS may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when account activity creates security, integrity, operational, or legal risk.

IPULS may host quizzes, assessments, coding tests, lab environments, real-world missions, mock tests, AI interviews, learning interviews, and certification readiness activities. Attempt instructions, time limits, scoring rules, question access, and review workflows may be set by IPULS, tenant administrators, instructors, recruiters, or program owners.

Users must complete attempts honestly and follow the rules shown before or during each assessment, interview, lab, or mission. Attempts may include submitted answers, code, files, transcripts, audio, video, screen activity, browser activity, and related evaluation data.

IPULS includes proctoring and trust workflows designed to help maintain assessment integrity. These workflows may include identity status, camera status, audio status, browser status, fullscreen status, screen-share status, session behavior, violation timelines, recording status, trust scores, and report-level review.

Integrity signals are decision-support tools. They do not guarantee that misconduct occurred, do not stop all cheating, and do not provide perfect evaluation. Organizations using IPULS are responsible for reviewing reports, applying their own policies, and making final decisions.

IPULS may provide AI-assisted features such as AI interviews, AI mentor guidance, scoring support, readiness summaries, skill gap analysis, recommendations, transcripts, and feedback. These features are intended to support human review and learning.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific decision. Users and organizations should review AI outputs before relying on them for hiring, certification, academic, compliance, or workforce decisions.

You may not misuse IPULS, interfere with platform security, attempt to bypass assessment controls, submit harmful code, impersonate another person, scrape the platform without permission, upload unlawful content, or use IPULS to build a competing service through unauthorized access.

For labs, coding workspaces, cyber range activities, and AI-assisted development workflows, users must follow the provided environment rules and avoid activity that compromises third-party systems, IPULS systems, or other users.

Customers and users retain rights to content they submit, such as answers, code, files, recordings, profile details, and organization-provided materials, subject to the permissions needed for IPULS to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the service.

IPULS and Zaby retain rights to the platform, software, designs, workflows, reports, marketplace pack structure, product names, documentation, analytics models, and related intellectual property. Feedback may be used to improve the platform without obligation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

IPULS may offer ready-made quiz, assessment, coding, lab, interview, certification, hiring, cyber, enterprise training, and real-world mission packs. Pack availability, preview access, usage rights, and included modules may vary by account or tenant plan.

Marketplace content is provided to accelerate configuration and learning. Organizations remain responsible for selecting content appropriate to their role, audience, compliance requirements, and evaluation goals.

IPULS may offer company-side tenant plans for colleges, enterprises, recruiters, institutions, training teams, and hiring teams. Plans may be based on users, candidates, assessment volume, AI interview volume, proctoring usage, labs, reports, marketplace access, support level, and implementation needs.

Some features may be available through pilot programs, demo-led access, custom institution plans, or enterprise agreements. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, access may be modified, limited, or discontinued as platform packaging evolves.

IPULS is provided to support skill practice, skill validation, proctoring review, talent intelligence, certification readiness, workforce upskilling, and hiring workflows. The platform does not promise perfect AI evaluation, fully eliminate bias, guarantee employment outcomes, or guarantee certification results.

Organizations and users are responsible for complying with applicable laws, academic rules, employment policies, privacy obligations, and assessment standards when using IPULS.

IPULS may update these terms as products, workflows, routes, pricing, and platform capabilities change. The updated date will identify the latest version.
