Terms at IPULS

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of IPULS, including assessments, coding arenas, AI interviews, labs, cyber ranges, certification readiness, proctoring, talent intelligence, and enterprise academy workflows.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using IPULS, you agree to these Terms. If you use IPULS through an employer, university, recruiting team, training provider, or other organization, additional customer agreements or program rules may also apply.

  • You must be authorized to use the workspace, assessment, academy, or hiring workflow you access.
  • If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use IPULS.
  • Organization-specific terms may control where they conflict with these public Terms.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account or invited session.

  • Provide accurate account, identity, role, and contact information when requested.
  • Do not share login credentials, assessment links, interview access, or proctoring sessions with unauthorized people.
  • Notify IPULS or the inviting organization if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

Use of the platform

IPULS is designed to support skill development, assessment integrity, certification readiness, enterprise learning, and evidence-based hiring decisions.

  • Use assessments, labs, missions, interviews, and reports only for lawful, authorized, and intended purposes.
  • Follow all instructions, time limits, integrity requirements, and customer policies attached to a workflow.
  • Do not interfere with platform operations, availability, scoring, security, or evaluation integrity.

Assessments, AI features, and content

IPULS may use AI-assisted workflows to generate questions, conduct interviews, support mentoring, evaluate responses, summarize evidence, and recommend next actions.

  • AI outputs may require human review and should not be treated as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions.
  • You are responsible for content you submit, including code, files, prompts, text, audio, video, and project artifacts.
  • Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Proctoring and integrity

Some IPULS workflows include proctoring, session telemetry, trust scoring, identity checks, screen or tab monitoring, device checks, face detection, or voice anomaly signals.

  • You must not impersonate another person, receive unauthorized help, manipulate the environment, or bypass integrity controls.
  • Integrity signals may be shared with the inviting organization as part of assessment, certification, hiring, or academy review.
  • A flagged session may require review, retesting, disqualification, or other action by the customer or program owner.

Customer-directed workflows

Many IPULS experiences are configured by enterprise customers, institutions, recruiters, employers, or academy administrators.

  • Those customers may determine role blueprints, content, scoring criteria, reporting access, retention settings, and program rules.
  • IPULS may process user content and evidence on behalf of those customers under separate agreements.
  • Customer administrators are responsible for ensuring their use of IPULS complies with applicable laws and internal policies.

Intellectual property

IPULS and its platform, software, scoring systems, models, designs, reports, content libraries, and documentation are owned by IPULS or its licensors.

  • These Terms do not transfer ownership of IPULS intellectual property to you.
  • You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the rights needed for IPULS to provide and improve the service.
  • Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or create competing services from IPULS materials except where permitted by law.

Fees, availability, and changes

Paid access, enterprise subscriptions, pilots, or academy programs may be governed by separate order forms or customer agreements.

  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform as products evolve.
  • We work to keep IPULS reliable, but service availability may vary due to maintenance, incidents, third-party providers, or network conditions.
  • Specific service levels, payment terms, or support commitments apply only when agreed in writing.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse IPULS, harm other users, compromise security, or undermine the trustworthiness of skill evidence.

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, security testing without permission, data extraction, malware upload, or service disruption.
  • Do not use IPULS to discriminate unlawfully, harass, threaten, defame, or violate others' rights.
  • Do not attempt to falsify scores, evidence, identities, proctoring signals, interviews, or reports.

Disclaimers and limitations

IPULS provides skill intelligence tools, but customers and reviewers remain responsible for final decisions about hiring, certification, learning, and workforce actions.

  • The platform is provided as available except where a written agreement says otherwise.
  • IPULS does not guarantee that AI outputs, scores, reports, or recommendations will be error-free or suitable for every decision.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited as described in applicable agreements or these Terms.

Termination, updates, and contact

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms, security rules, integrity requirements, or applicable laws have been violated.

  • We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date or giving additional notice when required.
  • Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
  • Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@ipuls.ai.
