IPULS may collect information that users, administrators, candidates, learners, recruiters, institutions, and enterprise teams provide directly, as well as information generated through platform usage.

• Contact and demo information such as name, work email, organization, role, use case, number of users, number of candidates or students, and message details.
• Account and profile information such as login details, organization membership, learner profile, candidate profile, role, program, cohort, and preferences.
• Assessment, interview, lab, quiz, coding, certification, and mission activity such as answers, code submissions, files, scores, transcripts, recordings, feedback, readiness reports, and completion history.
• Device, session, browser, fullscreen, screen-share, audio, camera, and identity status data used to help maintain assessment integrity.

IPULS uses information to deliver platform workflows, provide user access, run assessments and interviews, evaluate submissions, generate reports, support skill growth, and help organizations make better hiring, readiness, training, or workforce decisions.

We may also use information to operate secure browser controls, produce proctoring review signals, maintain audit trails, provide support, improve product quality, prevent misuse, communicate about demos or services, and comply with legal obligations.

When enabled by a tenant, institution, recruiter, or assessment owner, IPULS may process proctoring and integrity data such as identity status, camera status, audio status, browser status, fullscreen status, screen-share status, session activity, violation timelines, recordings, trust scores, and review notes.

These signals help maintain assessment integrity and support report-level review. They are not a guarantee that misconduct occurred and should be interpreted by authorized reviewers using applicable policy and context.

IPULS may use assessment, interview, lab, quiz, coding, and practice activity to provide AI-assisted feedback, skill gap analysis, readiness summaries, interview transcripts, AI mentor recommendations, and talent intelligence reports.

AI outputs are intended to support learning and human decision-making. Organizations and users should review AI-generated feedback, recommendations, and summaries before relying on them for employment, academic, certification, compliance, or training decisions.

Information may be shared with authorized users within a tenant, institution, recruiter account, hiring team, training team, or enterprise academy workflow when needed to deliver assessments, interviews, reports, analytics, proctoring review, or support.

We may also share information with service providers that help operate hosting, analytics, communications, support, security, AI-assisted services, and payment or subscription workflows. Service providers should only process information for permitted business purposes.

Company, college, institution, recruiter, and enterprise administrators may configure programs, manage users, review reports, access candidate or learner submissions, and decide how platform outputs are used in their own workflows.

Administrators are responsible for providing required notices, collecting required consents, configuring appropriate review policies, and using IPULS in line with applicable laws and internal rules.

IPULS may retain information for as long as needed to provide the platform, maintain account records, support assessments and reporting, preserve audit trails, meet legal or contractual requirements, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and improve service quality.

Retention periods may vary based on tenant configuration, organization agreements, feature type, legal requirements, and operational needs.

IPULS uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect platform information. Security and trust workflows may include identity checks, session monitoring, audit trails, report-level review, access controls, and operational monitoring.

No online platform can guarantee absolute security. Users and organizations should protect account credentials, manage user access carefully, and notify IPULS of suspected unauthorized access.

Depending on where you live and how IPULS is used, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. Some requests may need to be handled through the organization, institution, recruiter, or tenant that controls the relevant account or program.

IPULS may be used by colleges, institutions, training programs, and certification pathways. When a program involves younger users, the responsible organization should ensure it has appropriate authority, notices, and consents required by applicable law.

IPULS should be configured and used in a way that matches the age, context, and compliance needs of the learner audience.

IPULS may update this Privacy Policy as products, workflows, routes, integrations, pricing, and platform capabilities evolve. The updated date identifies the latest version.
